电脑VM虚机无法重启关机的强制处理办法

　　有一台虚机无法正常网络连接，通过VSPHERE CLIENT连接到VC中，也无法对其进行重启和关机操作，具体报错截图

　　查看事件日志

　　原来是执行VMTOOLS安装程序时出现的问题，询问实施工程师，原来是要进行VMTOOLS的升级未成功出现的.问题，虚机现在挂死无任何响应。

　　对其进行重启和关机均无任何响应，这台虚机挂有很多RDM裸盘，是存储监控机。需要立即解决问题，删除重建显然来不及。

　　那么有没有别的办法可以强制让虚机关机或重启呢?

　　下面介绍一种方法。

　　首先打开虚机所在ESXI主机的SSH连接功能。

　　然后连接到命令行

　　执行进程查看，可查看到每个虚机的进程

　　# esxcli vm process list|more

　　# esxcli vm process kill --type=

　　Error: Missing required parameter -w|--world-id

　　Usage: esxcli vm process kill [cmd options]

　　Description:

　　kill Used to forcibly kill Virtual Machines that are stuck

　　and not responding to normal stop operations.

　　Cmd options:

　　-t|--type=The type of kill operation to attempt. There are three

　　types of VM kills that can be attempted: [soft,

　　hard, force]. Users should always attempt 'soft' kills

　　first, which will give the VMX process a chance to

　　shutdown cleanly (like kill or kill -SIGTERM). If that

　　does not work move to 'hard' kills which will shutdown

　　the process immediately (like kill -9 or kill

　　-SIGKILL). 'force' should be used as a last resort

　　attempt to kill the VM. If all three fail then a

　　reboot is required. (required)

　　-w|--world-id=The World ID of the Virtual Machine to kill. This can

　　be obtained from the 'vm process list' command

　　(required)

　　有三种类型，SOFT是杀死虚机进程。HARD是强制杀死，类似KILL -9. FORCE是杀死整个虚机。

　　执行语句

　　esxcli vm process kill --type=hard --world-id=40008824

　　发现虚机已被强制关闭，再重启就正常了，升级VMTOOLS成功。
